***NYSGAF Scholarship Application***
Deadline: July 13, 2022

Complete the NYSGA Scholarship Fund application, provided above, and submit with the following documents by July 13, 2022.

a. High School transcript and SAT or ACT scores (if applicable)
b. College transcript, if applicable
c. Copy of the Student Aid Report (SAR)
d. Copy of Financial Aid Letter once it is received from the college or university of choice. The FAL contains information on grants, loans, and work-study
e. Letter of recommendation from club official


Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Who is elegible to apply?
Any undergraduate or high school senior student in their second year of employment at an NYSGA member club. This includes pro shop, grounds, wait/bar, kitchen, and office staff. 

Q: How are the applicants chosen?
A: Applicants are chosen on a merit and financial need basis.
Q: Does the scholarship receipient need to continue working at a NYSGA member club to retain the scholarship?
A: No. Often recipients were participate in summer school, or take an internship in their chosen field.
Q: Can I still apply after the deadline?
A: No. If you submit your application after the deadline, it will not be accepted.
