Take advantage of your joint membership with the RDGA and NYSGA!

Since 2021, the New York State Golf Association (NYSGA) and Rochester District Golf Association (RDGA) provide a joint membership for clubs and courses in the area that the associations overlap, benefitting the golf community in greater Rochester.

Compete in the New York State Amateur Golf Championships

As joint members, you are eligible to compete in the New York State Golf Association’s 21 state amateur championships for men, women, seniors and junior boys and girls.

We encourage you to register for one of these individual and/or team events and test your game against the Empire State's top amateur players this season!

The NYSGA Amateur Series consists of individual handicapped stroke play tournaments administered at premier member clubs throughout upstate New York. These one-day events allow players of all abilities to compete against peers at a similar skill level in a competitive format (both gross and net) under the Rules of Golf.
