Delisanti Receives Fred Silver Scholarship

BUFFALO, N.Y. – The Buffalo District Golf Association is proud to announce that RJ Delisanti of Sanborn, NY has received the 2024-25 BDGA Fred Silver Scholarship.
Delisanti attended Niagara Wheatfield High School, where he was a captain of both his varsity golf and hockey teams. He spent summers volunteering at Willowbrook Golf Course in their junior golf program, teaching the next generation of Western New York golfers. A fixture in BDGA junior events for the last several years, RJ represented the BDGA at the 2023 Williamson Cup.
RJ will be continuing his studies at Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA, where he will be a member of the Division 1 golf team.
