DELISANTI CAPTURES BDGA JR. MATCH PLAY
Anthony Delisanti (Willowbrook GC) captured the 2019 BDGA Jr. Match Play Championship Hosted by Sheridan Park Golf Course. Delisanti solidified his victory over Andrew LaCongo (East Aurora CC) on the 15th hole, ending the match 4 & 3. This victory gives Delisanti his second BDGA Jr. Championship of the 2019 season after taking home the Erie County Jr. Amateur Championship earlier in the season.
Charlie Fischer (East Aurora CC) won the 2019 BDGA Sub-Junior Match Play Championship, edging out defending champion Jacob Dantonio (Crag Burn GC) on the 13th hole of the match 6 & 5. Fischer had himself a bogie free round to beat Dantonio who was even par.
Angeline Perillo (Fox Valley Club) captured the 2019 BDGA Girls Jr. Match Play Championship Hosted by Sheridan Park Golf Course. Perillo edged out Amie Scherrer (Park CC) 4 & 3. This victory gives Perillo her second BDGA Jr. Championship of the 2019 season after taking home the BDGA Girls’ Jr. Stroke Play Championship earlier in the season.
