NYSGA Scholarship Deadline Extended to June 18
In 2014, the New York State Golf Association Foundation will award $30,000 in scholarships to New York State residents who are matriculated in specific two or four year College/University programs such as Agronomy, Turf Grass Management, Professional Golf & Country Club Management, or Business Management of Golf. Thanks in part to donations from NYSGA Members and Member Clubs, the NYSGA Foundation is able to annually award deserving individuals to help reduce their college financial burdens and pave the way to careers in the golf industry.
To learn more about the NYSGA Scholarship Program or to download the scholarship application, click here. The deadline to apply has been extended to Wednesday, June 18. All applications must be postmarked by that date. As a reminder, students that have been awarded an NYSGA Scholarship in previous years need to resubmit an application to be considered for a scholarship this year.
