NYSGA Adds Turning Stone Resort as Official Sponsor
JAMESVILLE, N.Y.– The New York State Golf Association is pleased to announce a new partnership with Turning Stone Resort Casino in Upstate N.Y. The four-season destination resort, owned by the Oneida Indian Nation, is now an official sponsor through 2022.
The Central New York destination offers first-class golf amenities between their five premier golf courses; Atunyote, Kaluhyat, Shenendoah, Pleasant Knolls and Sandstone Hollow. Turning Stone also features a golf dome complete with 40 driving range hitting stations, a one-of-a-kind 17,000-square foot short game area, golf simulator, weekly clinics, club fittings, and a golf superstore.

Additionally, the resort offers additional recreational amenities like hunting, fishing, tennis, racquetball across its facilities. Turning Stone also features five hotels, two luxurious spas, more than 20 dining options, a 125,000 square foot Las Vegas-style gaming floor, The Lounge with Caesars Sports, a state-of-the-art sports betting lounge, a cabaret style Showroom, a 5,000 seat arena, and several nightlife venues.

Turning Stone annually hosts NYSGA Amateur Series events on two of their main golf courses, Shenendoah and Kaluhyat and hosted the series championship in 2017. Between the resort’s impressive lineup of courses, they’ve hosted PGA Tour and professional events, and qualifiers for USGA championships, Drive, Chip & Putt, and more. The resort also held the NYSGA’s premier championship, the NYS Men’s Amateur in 2015 on Kaluhyat Golf Club.
