Gu said, “The course was a lot of fun and the holes are really narrow so that was tricky but I have a lot of faith in my driver.”

“My putting was really good, I was chipping a lot and made a lot of 5 and 6 footers in the last couple holes.”

Alongside Gu, heading to Georgia is Meilleur that won in a 3-player playoff. The three-way tie at the end of the round was with two Canadians, Avery Norman who qualified last year, andMeilleur, and Vidhi Lakhawala from New Jersey.
