NYSGA Updates Officers & Executive Committee for 2024
JAMESVILLE, N.Y. -- The New York State Golf Association (NYSGA) has a new slate of Officers, along with a few shifts to the Executive Committee in 2024. The new terms became effective on January 1st, 2024 and will extend through December 31st, 2024.
The following officials were voted into office by the General Committee during the Annual Meeting, held at Onondaga Golf & Country Club in the fall of 2023.

2024 NYSGA Officers:
President - Jamie Miller, Crag Burn GC
1st Vice President - Doug Vergith, Chautauqua GC
2nd Vice President - Rich Weber, Brookfield CC
Secretary - Ryan Gabel, Southern Dutchess CC
Treasurer - Robert Smith, Highland Park GC
General Counsel - Peter Jones, Drumlins CC
Tom Owen of Corning Country Club, has joined the Executive Committee, after years serving as a senior rules official. He is joined by Karen Fedman of Columbia Golf & Country Club, who recently captured the 2023 NYS Women's Super Senior title, and Brian Kumiega of Country Club of Buffalo.
Stepping off the committee in 2024 is Iris Stanek of Lancaster Country Club, who served as the secretary since 2018.
