NYSGA Introduces New Slate of Officials for 2022

JAMESVILLE, N.Y. -- The New York State Golf Association (NYSGA) has a new slate of Officers and Executive Committee members in 2022. The new terms became effective on January 1st, 2022 and will extend through December 31st, 2022.

The following officials were voted into office by the General Committee during the Annual Meeting, held virtually in December of 2021.

2022 NYSGA Officers:

President - Henry Fust, Onondaga Golf & Country Club
1st Vice President - Jamie Miller, Crag Burn Golf Club
2nd Vice President - Doug Vergith, Chautauqua Golf Club (new officer)
Secretary - Iris Stanek, Lancaster Country Club
Treasurer - Robert Smith, Highland Park Golf Club
General Counsel - Peter Jones, Drumlins Country Club

In addition to the officer changes, three new members were added to the Executive Committee including John Burns of Niagara Falls Country Club, Megan Grehan of Westchester Country Club, and Brent Herlihy of Glens Falls Country Club.

Joseph Enright of Lancaster Country Club, the NYSGA's President from 2020-21, will transition into a position on this committee.

Stepping off the committee in 2022 is Rich Weber of Brookfield Country Club.
