Four New York State Pros in 2022 PGA Championship

May 17, 2022

TULSA, O.K. -- Four professional golfers from New York State are set to tee off in the 2022 PGA Championship, May 19-22, at Southern Hills Country Club.

Cameron Young leads the pack, having earned a spot on the PGA Tour this season after a strong showing on the Korn Ferry Tour in 2021. This will be his first PGA Championship appearance. He participated in his first Masters Tournament last month, and has tallied up four top-5 finishes on tour this season through sixteen events.

He is joined by Alex Beach, Paul Dickinson, and Dylan Newman, three ‘Team of 20' PGA Club Professionals. They each secured their spots in the field based on their finish in this April's PGA Professional's Championship at Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa.
