2022 NYSGA Champions, Runner-ups & Complete Results

JAMESVILLE, N.Y. – 2022 marked another great season of championship golf competition in the Empire State. The NYSGA conducted a full tournament schedule, including seventeen NYSGA championship titles held between Saratoga Springs and Springville.

Ten players captured their first state titles including Jack Berl (Boys' Junior), Charlie Berridge (Men's Am), Gaelin Carrig (Mixed), Michael Carrig (Mixed), Victoria Leach (Women's Four-Ball), Sophia Li (Girls' Junior), Andrew Melnyk (Senior Mixed), Kennedy Swedick (Women's Am), Andrew Turker (Four-Ball) and Kevin VandenBerg (Senior).
 
Eleven others reclaimed a past title or captured a new one including Robert Branham (Super Senior), Matt Clarke (Senior Four-Ball), Billy Hanes (Mid-Am), Kim Kaul (Senior Mixed, Women's Senior Four-Ball), Mary Jo Kelly (Women's Super Senior), Janice LaVigne (Women's Senior Four-Ball), Jacob Olearczyk (Boys' 14U), Robert Rosen (Senior Four-Ball), Carl Schimenti (Four-Ball), Christy Schultz (Women's Mid-Am) and Julia Zigrossi (Women's Four-Ball).
 
This year’s schedule was hosted by a group of New York’s top clubs including Leatherstocking Golf Course, McGregor Links Country Club, Onondaga Golf & Country Club, Seven Oaks Golf Course, Soaring Eagles Golf Course at Mark Twain State Park, RaNic Golf Club, Springville Country Club, Stafford Country Club and Transit Valley Country Club.
