| Eligibility Requirements | |
Entry is open to any female amateur golfer that meets the following requirements:

| 2013 NYS Women's Mid-Amateur Championship (25+) | |
| An entrant will be eligible to compete for the 2013 NYS Women's Mid-Amateur Championship, which is held concurrently with the Women's Amateur, if she is at least 25 years old as of July 9, 2013. Entrants in this division are eligible to win both championships. | |
| Entry Fee | |
| The entry fee for this championship is $100. | |
| Entry Deadline | |
| All entries must be submitted to the NYSGA by 5:00pm on Tuesday, June 25, 2013. Entries received by telephone, fax or email will not be accepted. Late and/or incomplete entries will not be accepted. | |
| Format and Schedule | |
The competition is conducted over 54 holes of stroke play, with a cut after Round 2 to the low 40 and ties. The schedule of events is as follows: |

| The lowest scorer after 54 holes will be the Champion. A tie for the championship will be played off immediately, hole by hole, until a champion is determined. | |
| Golf Carts | |
The use of golf carts is approved for this championship. |

| Conditions and Schedules | |
| The NYSGA reserves the right to amend or alter any of the conditions, provisions, or schedules included in the championship's entry. The decision of the NYSGA in any matter pertaining to the playing of this championship shall be final. |
