NYSGA Associates Membership Paper Application

All proceeds go to the NYSGA Foundation.
The New York State Golf Association, founded in 1923 at Yahnundasis Country Club, has grown to over 400 golf facilities across the state. Now, individuals who live in New York State will have the opportunity to become an individual Associate member of the NYSGA for only $25 per year. Each Associate member will receive:
- Discounts from the NYSGA Players Club. (Does not include Handicap Index)
- Personalized membership card good for discounts at golf courses, restaurants, hotels, professional golf tournaments, sporting events, computers and rental cars. (Associate members do not get a Handicap Index).
- A personalized NYSGA Associate Bag Tag.
- A yearly subscription to NYSGA News, the official newsletter of the New York State Golf Association. The NYSGA News is a great source for information on amateur golf, state championships, and tournament schedules.
- Copy of the 2010-2011 USGA Rules of Golf.
- Eligibility to play in any of the NYSGA's 11 championships and 15 State Days tournaments, even if you are not a member of one of the over 400 NYSGA member clubs!
All for only $25 per year for an individual.
